Event Description:
Unplug. Disconnect. Take a break from the busyness of daily life and join us for a restorative Day Meditation Retreat designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.
This immersive, guided experience offers a balanced blend of stillness and gentle movement, supporting both beginners and experienced practitioners. Throughout the day, we’ll explore a variety of mindfulness practices including sitting meditation, walking meditation, gentle yoga, body scan techniques,loving kindness meditation and some others.
The retreat is thoughtfully structured to include periods of silence, reflection, and mindful eating—allowing you to fully experience presence in each moment. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, deepen your meditation practice, or simply take time for yourself, this day offers a supportive and calming environment.
Who Should Attend:
This retreat is open to all levels. No prior meditation experience is necessary.
Your Retreat Hosts: A mix of in person and recorded guidance will be used for different meditation sessions.
Joe and Adi will be your hosts and guides for the day.
Joe Zaia – Joe has been studying and practicing meditation for a few decades now. He has been an active participant of multiple meditation groups.
Adi Pandit – Adi has been learning and exploring meditation practices like Vipassana and other insight meditation techniques.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothing
- Yoga mat, meditation cushion – Optional
- Water bottle
- Snacks – Fruits and nuts will be available.
Dinner: A vegetarian dinner will be served following the retreat.
